Following the group stage draw on Thursday evening, the latest Champions League Odds have been updated and Manchester City are now the bookmakers' outright favourites for this season's tournament...
Champions League Odds
City fell short at the quarter-final stage last season as they were thrashed 5-1 on aggregate by Liverpool, who went on to lose the final to Real Madrid. Pep Guardiola's men enjoy the benefit of a kind group stage draw this time though as they are in Group F with Lyon, Shakhtar Donetsk and Hoffenheim.
The aforementioned Liverpool have been dealt a difficult task in Group C as they come up against Paris Saint-Germain, Napoli and Red Star Belgrade. Jurgen Klopp's side are 12/1 to win the tournament following the Champions League Draw.
Manchester United have also been dealt a difficult hand as they will come up against their former player, Cristiano Ronaldo, who now plies his trade for Juventus. Valencia and Young Boys complete the Group H line-up.
United, who were knocked out at the first knockout stage by Sevilla last season, are 33/1 to win the Champions League with Betway.
Tottenham don't have it easy in Group B as they are in with Barcelona, PSV Eindhoven and Inter Milan. Spurs are 25/1 to win the tournament, while Barca are as short as 6/1.
Barca's great rivals Real Madrid are available at 9/1 as they bid for a fourth Champions League title in a row, with the Spanish side set to meet Roma, CSKA Moscow and Viktoria Plzen in Group G.
