Commercialbank Qatar Masters Odds: Quiros can bounce back in the Desert

The 'Desert Swing' continues in earnest this week on the Race to Dubai as the tour moves on to the Commercialbank Qatar Masters beginning on Thursday. Last week punters were treated in Abu Dhabi as the likes of Rory McIlroy and Tiger Woods pushed England's Robert Rock all the way to securing his second victory on tour. None of that trio feature this week but there is still a strong field, with world number two Lee Westwood heading the betting in Doha.

The par 72, 6756 yard Doha Golf Club has been an ever present in the Qatar Masters and as a result their are some very strong form lines. Scoring has always been very low on this track and you need to have your golfer in form with the putter to compete. Thomas Bjorn won the event twelve months ago and the veteran Dane comes here in good form following his tied for third place in Abu Dhabi last weekend. Add to that a top ten finish here two years ago and it's no real surprise that Bjorn is well fancied at 20/1 with Ladbrokes this week.
