Dunguib Royal Bond Novice Hurdle Odds

Dunguib, Phillip Fenton's exciting young hurdler should sweep all before him in this Grade One Royal Bond Novice Hurdle. He is currently a massive 2/5 odds on favourite with William Hill to win for the third time in three starts this season. A win would also strengthen his claims for the Supreme Novices Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival in March, for which he is the 5/2 favourite with Ladbrokes.

The 6 year old has gone from strength to strength it seems after winning the Champion Bumper at the 2009 Cheltenham Festival. His only reverse in fact came in the Punchestown Festival Bumper from which he was disqualified. Over hurdles he has coasted each of his races and looked particularly impressive last time out when winning the Ballymaloe Country Relish Hurdle by 4½ lengths form Puyol.
