The Ladies French Open tennis singles final odds between number one seed, Dinara Safina and number 7 seed, Svetlana Kuznetsova has Safina as 2/5 odds on favourite to win her first Grand Slam final, after being runner up last year. Her opponent Svetlana Kuznetsova is 17/8 to win with Boylesports

The big hitting Russian is the sister of two time Grand Slam winner, Marat Safin and she hits the ball almost as hard as her big brother. She has played magnificently well this year and climbed to number one in the world rankings in April and has not lost a match since. In fact in her first four matches at this French Open she only dropped five games and looked pretty much unbeatable. That said, she had a tough encounter in the quarter final against Victoria Azarenka losing the first set before rallying and winning through to her second successive French Open Final.

Safina also reached the Australian Open final at the beginning of the year, losing to Serena Williams, who of course was knocked out of this tournament in the quarter final by Kuznetsova.
