Dante Stakes Tips - Freemantle Odds of 11/2 Looks Good

The Dante Stakes tips for this week's Group Two Dante Stakes at the York Ebor meeting is the Aiden O'Brien trained, Freemantle. This horse was an impressive winner of his maiden at Tipperary by 10 lengths and like all O'Brien horses is sure to come on for that run.

Freemantle is likely to be one of at least two O'Brien runners, whose horses are now beginning to come into their own after a sluggish start to the season. Freemantle is currently second favourite at 5/1 but he can still be snapped up at 11/2 with Bet365

To win the race Freemantle will have to take on and beat the long time Derby favourite, Crowded House, who should relish the expected quick conditions at York this week. Crowded House was the impressive winner of the Racing Post Trophy as a two year old but has yet to race as three year old. His trainer, Brian Meehan has been bullish about his horse for some considerable time now, but he knows that this will be a real test, but if he comes through it he could well go on and claim the Epsom Derby
