The Character Building Grand National betting odds have slowly but surely started to shorten after reports from the stable that the horse has trained on exceptionally well after his Cheltenham success in the Kim Muir Chase. Trainer, John Quinn has always believed that his 9 year old was a National type of horse and had trained him specifically for the 2008 race. However a setback at the 2008 Cheltenham Festival put paid to his chances last year but there are no such anxieties this time around.
