December Festival Hurdle Odds
The December Festival Hurdle odds sees top Irish Hurdler, Sizing Europe installed as clear favourite in a race that brings together some of the best hurdlers that have been seen over recent years. There are three previous Champion Hurdle winners, Brave Inca, Hardy Eustace and Sublimity. Brave Inca and Hardy Eustace will renew their long standing battle and should provide the Leopardstown fans with another cracking race.
This course has been a good one for Brave Inca in the past and the veteran hurdler is possibly on track for another Grade One win. The race is the final day highlight of the Leopardstown Festival and a race that Brave Inca has won twice in the past, in both 2006 and 2005.
Brave Inca's trainer Colm Murphy has decided to try again for the two-mile feature after the horse's incredible return to action after an 18-month injury absence in last month's Hatton's Grace Hurdle.

Brave Inca was beaten into second place that day but there was no doubt that he had what it takes to have won and has come out of that race in great form.
Despite his age, he is now 12, Hardy Eustace came back to the big time last month when winning the Grade 1 Maplewood Developments Hurdle, a victory that made him look as good as ever and it was no fluke that he had Sizing Europe behind him that day. Sublimity who was 2007 Champion Hurdler ran a great race last time out finishing behind the highly rated Punjabi and he too should be in the shake up.
