Nedbank Golf Challenge Odds
The Nedbank Golf Challenge odds following the completion of the first round has Swede, Henrik Stenson as a huge odds on favourite after hitting an incredible 9 under par 63. This score has put him five shots clear of the next best, Rory Sabbatini, who carded a 68. Stenson who, along with team mate Robert Karlsson won the Omega Missions World Cup last week for Sweden is clearly in top form here in Sun City, Karlsson who is also playing here got round in a par 72.
The only other player to break par, was Britain's Lee Westwood, who carded a 2 under round of 70.

There are five other players who also got round in par, that include the pre-tournament favourite and World ranked number two, Sergio Garcia, however at the moment it looks like the twelve man field will all have an impossible job to prevent Stenson from winning.
This year's field lacks some of the glamour of previous years, although eight of the world's top 20 will be teeing up. South African crowd favourite Ernie Els is missing after 16 consecutive appearances during which he won three times and finished in the top three on ten occasions. Els opted out for family reasons. Also missing is Retief Goosen, another Major winner, who has dropped down the world rankings. Exciting young American Anthony Kim was signed up but withdrew because of injury. He was replaced by Luke Donald of England.
