The Alex X Factor odds for the latest singing sensation sees her as the new bookies favourite to win the 2008 X factor show. Alex Burke has rocketed to the top of the X Factor betting after her performances have blown away punters, the judges and her rivals.Bookie Paddy Power slashed the odds on Alex to the 4/6 favourite as X Factor viewers piled onto the 20 year old diva. Back in September Alex had been as big as 10/1 to win the show.

Tomorrow night's X Factor final is gearing up to be the closest ever in X Factor history according to bookmakers Paddy Power. The band, who were once as big as 14/1 with Paddy Power back in September, are now the biggest losers on the book. Paddy Power will fork out over £250,000/€282,000 if JLS pip Alexander and Eoghan to the post.
