Another who has finished behind Marchand D'Or this year is the Aiden O'Brien trained, US Ranger. He was close up in the July Cup and with the propensity of the O'Briens horses to improve for a good run, then it might not be necessary to look anywhere else. Odds currently are 9/2 Utmost Respect, 6/1 African Rose, 8/1 Corrybrough, Equiano, US Ranger, 14/1 Astonomer Royal, 16/1 Balthazaares Gift, Diabolical, 20/1 Ancient Regime.
