Prix De L'arc De Triomphe Odds
The Prix de l'arc de Triomphe odds have been changing all summer but now that the big race is upon us, it looks like Zarkava, the flying French filly will go off as clear favourite to get the better of both the Aiden O'Brien trained Duke of Marmalade and Soldier of Fortune. The much anticipated race will be a mouth watering affair with the winner being difficult to identify in such a high quality race. The French seem adamant however that Zarkava will prevail and end the thinking that she will not be able to get the better of the colts.
Kieran Fallon, who rode Dylan Thomas to victory last year suggested that the winner is likely to be Soldier of Fortune. He believes that Soldier of Fortune will get the better of stablemate, Duke of Marmalade and if he had the choice he would tide him.

It looks like German Derby winner Kamsin will be supplemented for the race and he could be an interesting outsider as could the |Sir Michael Stoute trained, Papal Bull who is reported to be exceptionally up for the race. Many believe that Zarkava is the best filly since Allez France, but other suggest that she will not win the race unless she gets out of the stalls smartly. She simply cannot afford to be left behind in a race of this quality, particularly with the O'Brien pair in the field. It will be a fascinating race where we believe Soldier of Fortune will get the better of his stablemate, with possibly Papal Bull running into a place. Odds are 7/4 Zarkava, 9/2 Duke of Marmalade, 5/1 Soldier of Fortune, 8/1 Vision DEtat, 12/1 Getaway, Youmzain, 16/1 Meisho Samson, 20/1 Papal Bull, 25/1 bar.
