Big Brother Eviction Odds

Well this Friday heralds the fourth eviction on Big Brother 10 and if there's an eviction Freddie must be a contender! Sure enough Freddie has been nominated again and this time Sree is his competition. The division between housemate opinion and public opinion couldn't be wider. For the past fortnight Freddie has lead the bookies table to win the competition but he continually finds himself one of the least liked housemates in the house itself. The public see a man with some annoying and cringe worthy habits but with a robust sense of decency and fair play and provided he does not become too arrogant on the back of his eviction night successes he could quite possibly go the whole way. Individually, many of the housemates find one on one interaction with Freddie as decent, interesting and respectful excluding Lisa and Kris whose dislike is most voluble, but as a tribe the group seem more comfortable ostracizing him. This may come from the fact that they are unable to compete with him intellectually and as a consequence fear him and question his sincerity or perhaps they have sensed that Freddie could win and need to get him out of the house.

Sree finds himself up against the eviction king and has little chance of success. Whilst his naivety was endearing at first and his flowery philosophizing charming, his inability to follow a logical argument and stand on his own two feet in an row have found him more and more sidelined. Sree's most memorable storyline will be his early obsession for Noirin, which grew from sweet to cloying to outright irritating and as his audience dwindled Noirin found herself at the peak of her popularity for the patience and decency she showed this sweet Indian. Although having finally got rid of her penned moustache and glasses she has now become a lot less reserved and could be seen as uncomfortably opinionated. She may find Sree's demise is the start of her own slide.

Bookmakers Paddy Power have Sree at 1/29 to be evicted and Freddie at 10/1. There have been no surprises on eviction night so far this series and unless something very dramatic happens between now and Friday Sree is destined for Big Brother's little Brother fame next week.
