1000 Guineas Tips
1000 Guineas tips suggest that French raider, Natagora has every chance of winning the fillies classic this Sunday
Christophe Lemaire, jockey on Natagora for Sunday's Stan James 1000 Guineas is bullish about gaining victory in the race. Lemaire already has four out four Group One winners at Newmarket and he is mighty keen on making it five.
He has no qualms about Natagora making the trip, he has said that she "quickened really well in her trial run earlier this month. As long as the ground is good and we have some luck, Natagora will do the rest". Other reports suggest that she is clearly a flier, and might well be the first French winner of this Classic for16 years.
He is not alone either in his belief, both John Gosden and John Dunlop, trainers of the two horses that are competing with Natagora at the top of the betting market, Infallible and Muthubara, believe that the french filly is the one to beat. At 4/1 Natagora looks good

Muthubara who won the Fred Darling trial was very impressive too, particukarly in the final furlong and “the extra furlong on Sunday would certainly be in her favour," said Angus Gold, racing manager to owner Sheikh Hamdan Al Maktoum. Any ease in the ground would not be a problem either as reports suggest that she will handle it comfortably. The connections think this filly will come on lots for the race and as long as she is at her best she has every chance of winning.
Odds currently are 7/2 Infallible, 4/1 Natagora, 4/1 Muthubara and 11/2 Spacious.
The race will be live on Channel 4 on Sunday afternoon
