2008 1000 Guineas Odds
The 2008 1000 guineas odds remain unmoved, leaving John Gosden's 'Infallible' as the 7/2 favourite. This is very interesting as both Gosden and fellow trainer, John Dumlop, who trains another big fancy, Muthubara, feel that the one to beat in the race is the French trained Natagora. “I like mine a lot but she'll have to be good to take on Natagora,” Gosden said.
This after witnessing a tremendous show from Infallible, who gave her competition a head start and still won easing down over the seven furlongs in the Nell Gwynne Guineas trial. She was very impressive.

As was Dunlops, Muthubara, when winning the Fred Darling stakes a couple of weeks ago. She was flying at the end and won going away. Dunlop thinks she will improve a great deal before the Guineas and, despite his fears about Natagora, is in with a great chance.
The betting for the top three are Infallible 7/2, Muthubara 4/1 and Natagora 4/1.
Its hard to imagine but Aiden O'Brien, who has four fillies still in the race has failed to attract the market to any of them. Savethelastdancefor me is 14/1 for the race and ...well...who knows .........she's good odds for a Ballydoyle filly!!!!!!
The race is live on Channel 4 on Sunday afternoon.
