Championship Promotion Betting Odds
The Championship Promotion betting odds provides some good opportunities to the impartial Soccer punter. West Brom and Hull both won their latest fixtures and go into this weekend's matches 1st and 2nd in the league respectively, thus occupying the two automatic promotional spots. These guaranteed spots have been occupied by several clubs already this season, most of whom are still in the hunt.
No team dare give up their hopes just yet, as this Championship has been proving for years that any team can beat any other team on the day. This weekends fixtures are therefore mouth watering and offer tremendous excitement and maybe will attract more end of season interest than the Premier League. Games that will affect the promotion race are
Norwich v WBA, QPR v Charlton, Sheff Utd v Hull, Stoke v Bristol City, Watford v Crystal Palace and Wolves v Ipswich

Six mouth watering games that offer a wide range of odds on all sorts of different outcomes. With the exception of Wolves, all teams have three games left to play. No team can really afford to lose any of them because as soon as they do another team is ready to pounce.
Its 'heart attack' time for managers, players and fans alike. However, due to the teams being so close, individual matches offer attractive odds and we have selected a few of these odds that might be of interest.
Norwich v WBA. The 'Baggies',who sit on top of the table at the moment are 2/1 to beat Norwich, in a match they dare not lose. Norwich themselves have only pride left to play for and perhaps they will not be as well motivated as the 'Baggies'.
Sheff Utd v Hull. Hull City are a huge surprise team this season and who occupy second spot right now. However, they are another away team who daren't lose this weekend, a difficult task against a Shefield United team who have found form at the right time. Nonetheless Hull are on a roll themselves right now and at almost 3/1 to win, are definately worthy of a close look. Sheff Utd are similarly priced and also need to win to keep their play off hopes together.
QPR v Charlton. Charlton are yet another team who must win at all costs. Pre-season favourites to gain automatic promotion, Charlton have suffered like most this season and have been beaten too many times to really mount a full tilt title challenge. QPR are in the safety zone, no promotion or relegation chance, so will their attitude be as positive as desperate Charlton? Charlton are 2/1 to win here.
Stoke v Bristol City. This is the big game this week and defeat for either one of them could see there play off spots challenged let alone their automatic promotion spot lost.. Both teams need to go full out and a battle royal is almost certain. This makes 3/1 against a draw look a good bet.
Watford v C Palace. Palace can only hope for a promotion play off spot, whereas Watford can still qualify for automatic promotion, particularly if they win this one. However Palace are a 'never say die' and in Neil Warnock, they have a manager who excels in these high tension periods. They are a team that if they survive into the play offs, will be very hard to beat. They are many people's tip to go all the way. Watford will be very nervous and may even crumble under the Palace pressure. If so then its a play off place for them. Neither team, yet again, can afford to lose or draw, but Palace look good value at 7/2 to win.Watford are 9/4. Its Evens a draw.
Stoke City v v BristolCity is live on Sky Sports One at 5.15 pm on Saturday 19th April.
