The Mick Fitzgerald Cheltenham Festival runners will be headed by Chomba Womba and in a recent attheraces interview he has picked it as his Cheltenham Festival tip. Mick Fitzgerald is currently a 12/1 chance to be top jockey at the Festival and this reflects his lack of quality rides at the meeting. Chomba is available at 7/2 for this race and she will need to keep her unbeaten record should Mick have any chance of winning the top jockey award this season. This season was predicted to be his last by like a fine wine Mick seems to get better each year.

Mick has nothing but good things to say about the mare going on to say in this interview "Chomba Womba is my best chance going into the meeting and she has all the right attributes," "I love this filly, she's everything that a racehorse should be. She's extremely tough, she jumps very, very well and she's honest. Every time I ride her I like her more". She will have to live up to his expectations next week, otherwise it just migh be a barron few days for the top jockey.
