The King George Chase odds for this King George Chase betting race on Boxing Day has two time winner, Kauto Star as favourite to win for a third consecutive time. Kauto, who fell at the last in the Betfair Chase will have regular pilot, Ruby Walsh on board but that in itself will not guarantee success.
