Harry Judd Looks Set To Win In Strictly Come Dancing Odds

As Little Mix soak up the glory of winning the X Factor, Strictly Come Dancing steps up to the oche with a final in Blackpool on Saturday night. Both of these Reality Leviathans have upped the ante with their climactic shows, by stepping outside the studio and broadcasting from bigger venues. The X Factor used Wembley arena at the weekend and the three contestants success followed Paddy Power''s predictions. Strictly may not be quite such a straight forward punt.

Those who took up the gamble that both McFly members would win their respective reality shows will be hoping that Harry Judd's odds of 1/3 will prove correct, but there is definetly room for manoevre. Jason Donovan scored a perfect 40 from judges Craig Revel Horwood, Len Goodman , Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli as did Chelsee Healey, so those couples appearing to be vying for second or third place may still challenge the apparent leader.

There is no doubt that Judd, who did in fact start favourite , has found a real niche in the world of ballroom. His performances now seem effortless and seamless which is a real sign of excellence and the judges have consistently told him that his dancing is remarkable. Jason Donovan on the other hand was at the top of the odds table for two weeks in the second and third week of the series, but was unable to sustain the onslaught of Judd's technique. His performance on Saturday was simply his best to date, but he could well have peaked too early. He has come across as a very earnest competitor so make no mistake that he will be training vigorously to try to snatch the prize away from the other two celebrities, although odds of 16/1 suggest he will not succeed.

Chelsee Healey has certainly been embraced by the nation. She started quietly and has blossomed week on week , with a quality of line and technique that has surprised all. Her score of 40 on Saturday was met with the now expected gigle and disbelief that is winning her votes and support. If Jason can pull another perfect performance out of the bag on Saturday it is still unlikely that he can beat the popularity vote for the two youngsters. It lools set to be a very close finish with only personality making the difference between the winer and loser, which is not reflected in odds of 5/2 for a Chelsee win.
