Military Wives Set To Topple X Factor in Christmas No.1 Odds

As the X Factor comes to its annual climax on Saturday all eyes, especially those of Simon Cowell, will be on the coveted No. 1 Christmas chart topper. Every year since the inception of the music charts , numerous players vye for a portion of the boost in sales over the festive period. The X Factor has always been seen as having an unfair advantage with the 3 months of PR that the show enjoys during the course of the series. Whilst this fact was initially accepted and embraced by the public, there have been many attempts to challenge this dominance and many have been successful. Having a punt on this particular market requires an understanding of the British psyche at this time of year, not forgetting that Simon Cowell is now deemed successful enough to be undermined.
