England v Italy Odds: Back a big English win in the betting for Twickenham

Week two of the 2011 Six Nations sees England host Italy at Twickenham on Saturday afternoon as the home side look to build on their clinical win over Wales last weekend. Italy were desperately unlucky to lose to Ireland in their first match in Rome, but we fancy they could be on the receiving end of a bit of a hammering this weekend as Paddy Power make England 1/40 long odds on favourites, while Italy are massive outsiders at 50/1, with the draw is12/1.

England's 26-19 win over Wales at the Millennium Stadium was their first win in Cardiff since 2003 and was hugely impressive for the way they took their chances in the match. They are likely to get plenty more chances against Italy this weekend and if they are anywhere near as clinical they could rack up quite a score. England to win with the handicap at -23 points is well worth a look and can be backed at odds of 10/11 with Paddy Power.

Italy probably should have beaten Ireland in their match at the Stadio Flaminio on Saturday but were undone by a last gasp Ronan O'Gara drop goal, and the disappointment of that could still be lingering this weekend. They only won one match in last season's Six Nations, at home to Scotland, and their away form is far from impressive in the competition which doesn't bode well for Twickenham.
