Omaha Poker Guide
Omaha follows the very same betting pattern as Texas Hold'em except instead of 2 cards dealt first up 4 cards are dealt first up. You then select your best 2 cards to make your best 5 card hand from the 3 of the 5 cards with the dealer- simple.

- Each player is dealt four cards face-down (pocket cards)
- First betting round

- Third betting round
- Dealer turns over 1 final community boardcard (the river)

Betting Limits
It is important that you are aware of the betting etiquette which is as follows;
Limit - There is a specific betting limit for each game played and each round. For example a $.50/$1.00 has a $.50 Blind, the first round of betting and raises is $.50 and the subsequent rounds are upped to $1.00 bets.
Pot Limit - Players can bet a maximum, equal to the total pot at the time of their bet.
No Limit - Players can bet as much as they have on the table at the time of the bet.
