Betfair Grand National Trial 2012 Result

Ante-post favourite Giles Cross turned the tables on Le Beau Bai as he made up for defeat in the Welsh National to take the Grand National Trial at Haydock. The 10-year-old made virtually all the running to claim victory, with multiple Grade One winner Neptune Collonges second and Le Beau Bai in third.

The Grand National

The world famous Grand National is the most famous race in the calendar as much of the UK comes to a standstill to watch the horses negotiate the four and half mile race and its 30 hurdles.
