2010 Aintree Grand National Runners: But Which Five Make the Frame

Forty runners go to post to contest the annual Grand National at Aintree this Saturday with as many as thirty with at least an each way chance. Bookmakers are reporting huge amounts of money being wagered, but not necessarily on one or two horses, but several, meaning that there has been many market movers and several market drifters already.

The biggest drifter so far in fact has been race favourite, Big Fella Thanks, who has gone out to 10/1 from 8/1 with Ladbrokes, while the David Pipe trained, The Package has shortened from 16s to 12/1 and is now second favourite.

Many punters have already begun to back the main Pricewise selection of Arbor Supreme, who has also come into 16/1, while Snowy Morning and Cloudy Lane are two others being heavily supported in the market.
