Kalahari King was the big market mover in the Queen Mother Champion Chase betting market at the weekend after his fine top weight carrying performance saw him score for Ferdy Murphy in the Blue Square Chase. Paddy Power clipped in last year's Arkle runner-up into 6/1 from 8/1 for the Queen Mother Champion Chase at the Festival in March, behind market leader Master Minded (6/4) and stablemate Twist Magic, a 5/1 shot.

Elsewhere on the Doncaster Card, Tazbar followed up his win at Huntingdon in January with a fourteen length win in the Blue Square Mobile Novices' Chase. Bookmaker Paddypower reacted to the win by shortening the eight-year-old in to 20/1 from 25's for the RSA Chase at the Festival but connections do not seem keen on taking the Cheltenham route.
Up the road at Wetherby, a third win from three starts over fences was enough for Weird Al's price to be clipped in for the RSA Chase by Paddy Power. The Ian Williams trained seven-year-old is now a 9/1 chance in from 12/1 for the RSA Chase and has got course and distance form at the Prestbury Park course. Punchestowns remained 10/3 favourite for the race in March after a solid winning perfomance at Sandown on Saturday.
