The Sicilian Open was a brand new tournament for March in the 2011 European Tour calendar as the Race To Dubai made a rare appearance in Italy. Of course the other big tournament in the calendar in Italy is the Italian Open and the addition of the Sicilian Open is a welcome one for spectators and punters alike.

It now takes place at the Verdura Golf & Spa Resort having played in 2011 at the Donnafaguta Golf Resort and Spa in Sicily, Italy, with the winner receiving 1 million (Euros). Open de Andalucia Betting

First established in 2007, the Open de Andalucia is held each year during the end of March at the Parador de Malaga Golf in the Andalucia region of Spain.

Lee Westwood won the inaugural tournament and is likely to be well backed in the betting after a stunning 2010 season. While British Open winner Louis Oosthuizen is likely to be well up in the betting as well if he can rediscover his from the first half of 2010.
