The Northern Trust Open is part of the PGA Tour and takes place each year during February with a prize purse of $6.4 million on offer. It takes place at the Riviera Country Club in Pacific Palisades, California. Players' form for the season will start to become a bit clearer by this point which will certainly help when placing bets and it might be worth looking away from the favourites' odds as several winners in the past have included slightly lesser lights from the tour.
