Deutsche Bank Championship Betting

The Deutsche Bank Championship is a relatively new addition to the PGA Tour calendar but it can boast a list of stellar names as winners and there is sure to be some top notch players at the head of the betting this year.

It is held each year in September during America's Labour Day weekend, which only helps to increase its popularity with spectators and punters alike. It takes place at the Tournament Players Club of Boston in Norton, Massachusetts.

The tournament posts a prize purse of $8m and that can only help ensure the top golf players are in attendance.

When looking at the ante-post betting it is well worth noting that Tiger Woods has won the tournament in the past, while Masters and USPGA Championship winner Vijay Singh has taken the title on two occasions.

It tends to be an easier course that sees big under par scores and the big hitting Steve Stricker, who went close to winning the 2011 USPGA Championship, could be worth keeping an eye out for after hw win this tournament in 2009.
