British Open Championship Golf Betting

The British Open or more correctly named The Open Championship is the third major of the season following on from The Masters and the US Open and comes before the final Major of the season The USPGA.

The next Open Championship will be played at Royal Lytham and St Anne's in 2012.

The Open is the world's oldest golf championship with the first event played at Prestwick in 1860, when eight players challenged for the title over three rounds of the 12-hole course.
