You can back a player to score the first or last goal and at smaller odds bet on a player to score a goal at anytime in the 90 mins. Make sure your player is definitely going to play before betting, although you will get a refund if they don't.

To Win By Two Goals or More

This is a good betting market when there is an obvious disparity between the two teams. The favourites who will be expected to win will be carry much mmore value for the punter if they are backed to win by two goals or more. This market is available on all matches and has often caught the bookmakers out, with punters winning considerable amounts with the very goods on offer

First Player Booking

We all know who the likely culprits are in any football match but sometimes we do not take advantage of making money out of them. Bookmakers offer generous odds on the first yellow card shown and many punters have become absolute experts in the market.

To Win to Nil

Usually best to back in this market on home teams who are obvious favourites to win the match. The outright win market does not always offer much value but this value is enhanced if the winning side is backed to keep a clean sheet. Teams with good goals against records are always the best to back.

Other Football Bet Types

There are so many different bet types, but handicap betting is very popular as it evens out the odds in one-sided matches. If Barnsley are playing Man Utd you could get a couple of goals headstart on the Tykes if betting on the handicap at better odds
