Fulham have had a decent record against the top sides in the Premier League in recent seasons, although fixtures against Liverpool have tended to go the way of the Reds of late. Fulham have aspirations to finish high enough up the table to secure European football in the Europa League next season, while Liverpool's target is undoubtedly the holy grail of the Champions League.
Liverpool will no doubt start favourites for this fixture and they cannot afford to drop points in games where they are favourites if they are to compete at the upper end of the table. Liverpool did the double over Fulham during the 2012/13 season as they won 4-0 at Anfield before taking the spoils at Craven Cottage.
