The draw for the Champions League last sixteen was made on 16th December 2011, where the eight group runners up and winners play in the first round of knock out stages.

The first leg of the last sixteen ties will be played out during the week of the 14th-22nd February 2012, with the second legs taking place between the 6th and 14th March 2012.
