Manchester City can move to within two points of Spurs in fourth place with a win at home to Wigan in the Premier League on Monday night. If there is some hope for the side in sixteenth, a win tonight would put them seven points clear of the drop-zone with a trip to Craven Cottage to look forward to at the weekend. Their record at Eastlands is not bad.
