The loss of Demba Ba and Cheick Tiote to the African Cup of Nations could hamper them over the next few weeks but Leon Best and Shola Ameobi are able deputees and both are fancied to get the first goal on Saturday at odds of 6/1 and 5/1 respectively with Ladbrokes.
In the last seventeen games involving Brighton, both teams have scored on just four occassions so if you fancy an away win you can back Newcastle to win to nil at odds of 12/5 with Ladbrokes.
Neither side will fancy a replay here, especially Brighton so this should make for a good game of football. Newcastle should be too strong and at even money that looks like a good bet, with Ryan Taylor on free-kicks a potential but of value at 4/1 with Ladbrokes.
