England v Germany Odds: Red Hot Werner Can Put The Three Lions Down
Friday 10th November 2017, 8pm - England v Germany (Wembley)
International breaks are often drab affairs but that won't be the case at Wembley on Friday night as England play Germany in what can only be described as a glamour contest. The history and rivalry between these two teams is of course well known, and with the World Cup in Russia fast approaching this one takes on even greater importance.
- Germany have not lost a game at Wembley against England since losing 2-0 in a friendly back in 1975

World Champions Germany Look To Have The Stronger Team
England go into this game ravaged by injuries, especially in midfield, with the likes of Henderson, Alli, Lallana, Sterling, Kane and Winks all missing, and against the might of the World Champions you do worry for them.
England cruised through their qualification group for the World Cup against some very weak opposition, and this will be a much sterner test against one of the strongest nations in world football.
England go into this game at home as the outsiders at 11/4 with Bet365, whilst the Germans are 11/10 shots with the same firm to leave Wembley with yet another win in their back pockets which looks a more than fair punt this weekend.

Timo Werner Looks Like The Striker Germany Have Been Waiting For
The one slight area of weakness for the Germans since they won the World Cup has been in the striker role with Mario Gomez and Miroslav Klose exiting the scene after long careers. Thomas Muller has done an admirable job filling in but it finally appears as if they have found their man.
RM Leipzig forward Timo Werner has hit the ground running for the National team over the past year or so with six goals from his first eight games and at just 21, he looks like the man to carry the World Champions forward. Werner has scored six goals in the Bundesliga this term and given the fact he looks likely to start at Wembley, he is a great little punt at 5/1 with Paddy Power to open the scoring against England.
England are looking very thin when it comes to attacking options given those already mentioned injuries but the stats do suggest they are capable of at least hitting the back of the net.
The have scored in nine of their last ten matches in all competitions, with their only blank coming against Germany in the 1-0 loss in Dortmund back in March. England have scored in each of their matches at Wembley since the last World Cup which is an impressive stat so we can at least expect the Three Lions to trouble the German goal.
On balance though, this is all about Germany with their squad a far superior one at the moment, and we are expecting an away win. BTTS and a Germany win is a great punt at 10/3 with bet365 with Werner expected to star.
