Czech Republic odds on to beat Montenegro in the Euro 2012 playoff betting

Friday night's play-off first leg matches will go some way to deciding which four teams make it to next summer's Euro 2012 Championships in Ukraine and Poland. There is plenty at stake for the eight sides left in the play-offs and Bet 365 will stream the match between Czech Republic and Montenegro live on their website this week.

Czech Republic start 8/11 favourites to win the match after they went into the play-offs by virtue of finishing second to Spain in Group I during qualifying. A low scoring match could be in store as they only conceded eight goals in qualifying, with six of those coming in three matches. Montenegro meanwhile finished runners up to England and they only conceded one goal in their first five qualifiers, with B365 pricing them 4/1 for this week's fixture.

Perhaps the biggest match of the night though is the fixture between Bosnia-Herzegovina, who were denied automatic qualification by a controversial late penalty against France, and Portugal. Bosnia will be looking for revenge after Portugal won their World Cup 2010 play-off match and they start as 12/5 underdogs to win the match this week.

Portugal are 6/5 favourites, although they suffered some shock results during qualifying, including a 4-4 draw against Cyprus and defeats to Norway and Poland. They have scored in their last eleven matches though and could sneak a crucial away goal, with Cristiano Ronaldo 7/2 favourite to score first with Bet365.com after scoring 20 goals for club and country so far.

Bosnia have firepower of their own as Manchester City's Edin Dzeko can be backed at industry best priced odds of 6/1 to score first after scoring eight in his last seven appearances.

Elsewhere, Turkey are available at industry best priced odds of 7/5 to beat Croatia in their match on Friday. Turkey have won six of their last seven at home but they have struggled to form of late and needed a narrow 1-0 win over Azerbaijan to ensure they finished second to Germany in Group A. In contrast, Croatia won seven of ten matches and can be backed at odds of 4/6 as they seek revenge for their defeat to the same opponents in the Euro 2008 quarter-finals.

Fridays other play-off matches sees Republic of Ireland travel to Estonia as they bid to reach the European Championship finals for the first time since 1988. Ireland are 6/5 favourites for the match, despite their injury problems, and they will be looking to extend an unbeaten run of nine matches, during which they have conceded only one goal. Estonia meanwhile are industry best priced 5/2 and Konstantin Vassilijev will offer their main threat after scoring five goals in qualifying, with B365 pricing him 10/1 to score first.
