Manchester City will look to carry their rampant form into the Champions League when they travel to Villarreal on Wednesday night. There is plenty at stake in Group A, although Villarreal prop up the table and start the match as 9/2 outsiders, with City 8/13 favourites to pick up a valuable three points.

It is tough to see where Villarreal's goals are going to come from, although City have failed to keep a clean sheet in their last five which should give the Spanish side hope, with both teams to score 4/5 on.
Villarreal have lost all three of their matches in the Champions League so far and are languishing in thirteenth place in La Liga. Their form is dismal as they have won just one of their last eight and two of their previous thirteen, with the correct score of 2-1 to City looking good value at 13/2.
City are desperate for the three points and they look to be in a straight battle with Bayern Munich and Napoli to qualify from Group A - a group which is proving to be as difficult as it looked when the draw was made.
