Week Three of the 2010 Premier Darts League takes place this week at the Odyssey Arena in Belfast this coming Thursday, with four matches that will keep the packed house fully entertained. The four matches this week with odds in the brackets are as follows:

Currently it is Phil Taylor and Mervyn King who sit on top of the table with two wins from two matches played so far and both are favourites to win their matches this week. Taylor is on the oche last and will play reigning champion, James Wade, who has yet to turn up so far this season with two defeats in his opening two matches. King meanwhile takes on Ronnie Baxter, who came very close to upsetting the odds and beating Taylor last week; eventually losing by 8-6.
In the other two matches, ‘Barney’ will hope to come back from his surprise defeat last week at the hands of Adrian Lewis. The Dutchman plays tough Aussie, Simon Whitlock, who has still to show his best form in this competition.

In the other match, draw specialist Terry Jenkins takes on Lewis, who was in brilliant form last week when beating ‘Barney’. For a newcomer to the League this season Lewis could be the surprise package – he is currently 14/1 to win the league with bet365.
