India are on a roll and can seal a magnificent series win in their fourth one day international with South Africa at Port Elizabeth on Friday. India are 2-1 up in the five match series after winning the third ODI on Tuesday, and they look decent value at an industry best price of 6/5 with Bet 365 in the betting to win the match. South Africa are favourites for the match and are a 4/6 bet, but they look low on confidence and need to turn it around on Friday.
The Indian side outlined their World Cup credentials with their two wicket win at Cape Town on Tuesday. It was a hugely impressive win for two reasons. Firstly, it was only the fourth time South Africa had lost in 29 matches at Cape Town, and secondly the Indian side is missing their three best batsmen in Sachin Tendulkar, Gautum Ghambir and Virender Sehwag. Yusuf Pathan was the third ODI hero as he smashed a match winning 59 off 50 balls to follow up his 1 wicket for 27 off 6 overs with the ball. The South Africans have struggled to take advantage of the batting powerplays as is shown by the fact they failed to score a six in the fourth ODI, while India managed five in their innings. The Indians can be backed to hit more sixes again on Friday with Bet365.com at 21/20 in the betting.
India can seal the series on Friday and they are currently 1/2 on in the betting to win the series, while South Africa obviously cannot afford to lose this week and have some work to do as a 13/8 bet to win the series with Bet 365.
